Since 2006, Umweltcluster Bayern has developed into the industry network of the Bavarian environmental economy. It combines the expertise of its members along the value chain and uses this to develop environmental technology solutions. The members come from various sectors with different core topics: Waste & Recycling, Water & Wastewater, Air Pollution Control, Alternative Energy Generation, Resource Efficiency & Material Flow Management, Soil & Contaminated Site Remediation. Umweltcluster Bayern is organised as a supporting association Umwelttechnologie-Cluster Bayern e.V. with over 200 members and promotes the continuous growth of its network in order to expand specific expertise and strengthen its profile as an important contact for politics, business and local authorities on all future topics.
