Family business with a long tradition that emphasises quality, regionality and sustainability with transparent value chains. Our organic and demeter-certified oil mill from the Allgäu produces cold-pressed oils, vinegars and the finest flours and proteins in 100% organic quality.

In order to fulfil our high quality standards, we only use selected organic oilseeds, seeds and nuts, where available from regional, organic cultivation. Our quality assurance begins with the producer and continues through delivery, cold pressing and filtration to the final tasting. Only when our products pass our strict quality and flavour tests do they go on sale.

Our range includes a wide variety of organic oils for hot and cold dishes, health oils and seasoning oils, as well as an exquisite selection of Italian balsamic vinegar varieties, complemented by exciting fruit vinegar preparations. We obtain BIO MEHLE & PROTEINS through micro-fine grinding of the press cake produced during oil pressing, which are also partially de-oiled due to the preceding cold pressing. These seed meals are low in carbohydrates, high in protein and contain valuable nutrients and fibre.
