Partner
KLEVERTEC is a research institute at Kempten University of Applied Sciences, which is supported by partners from industry and funded by the Free State of Bavaria.
Inaugurated in 2016, the competence centre specialises in applied research in food and packaging technology. Clients and project partners of KLEVERTEC can utilise the combined expertise of Kempten University of Applied Sciences from food technology, process engineering and mechanical engineering to plastics technology and packaging technology. The focus is on jointly developing economical and ecologically sound solutions for the shelf life of food.
To this end, KLEVERTEC carries out both private projects in close cooperation with companies that are often based locally, as well as publicly funded research projects. The industrial partners - just like the specialised topics - come from the food industry, mechanical engineering or the packaging industry.
