The Packaging Symposium 2025 was once again characterised by a relaxed atmosphere and the industry's declared intention to actively tackle the challenges of our time: Sustainability, the use of recyclates and packaging reduction in accordance with the PPWR were the subject of lively discussions both in a total of twenty specialist presentations and in the talks held by the 160 or so participants. The growing proportion of young industry professionals was particularly pleasing - students and young professionals took the opportunity for dialogue and networking.
In September 2025, Kempten in the Allgäu region was once again the meeting place for the food and packaging industry! The industry came together for this year's ZLV Packaging Symposium on the campus of Kempten University of Applied Sciences under the motto "Focus on future viability". The key challenges and innovations of our time were discussed together.
